Anger Management/Assertiveness Coaching

We runs Anger Management training on a group and one to one level. We explore with the clients just how their anger emerges in their everyday life, we look to equip clients to develop a more helpful relationship with anger, to respect anger as a healthy natural response to certain situations and on occasion to see that what once served us, might no longer be as useful to us in our lives. We offers Cognitive tools, as well as using Gestalt techniques to help the client overcome the shame of losing “it” Anger is energy and our commitment is to helping clients use that energy much more effectively in their own best interests.
