What Is NLP?

Neuro-Linguistic Programming is an advanced psychological technology that helps you master the way you think and feel and allows yourself to have the life you desire. NLP was originally created by Richard Bandler and John Grinder through modeling the language, physiology and mental processes of outstanding therapists Fritz Perls (Gestalt therapy), Virginia Satir (Family therapy) and Dr. Milton Erickson (world-renowned psychotherapist and hypnotherapist) along with others who consistently produced outstanding results. Through modeling excellence, the patterns of excellence were developed that form the foundation of NLP. Many other people including Robert Dilts helped to develop new ideas and techniques in NLP.
